About the Role: We are seeking an experienced EE Architect with a strong background in automotive Electrical and Electronics Architecture design and management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PREEvision, AUTOSAR, and related tools, along with a solid understanding of logical architecture, software components, and system-level integration. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex EE systems for modern vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. EE Architecture Development:

    • Design, develop, and manage Electrical and Electronics Architecture using PREEvision.

    • Translate customer requirements into system-level features and ensure proper documentation.

    • Perform variant management and version management at different layers of EE architecture.

  2. Logical Architecture and Software Design:

    • Create logical architecture, including software components, compositions, port interfaces, and data types.

    • Develop reusable libraries to manage and standardize artifacts.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of architecture with other vehicle systems.

  3. System Data Management:

    • Manage import and export of system and ECU extracts and requirements via Excel or similar tools.

    • Ensure data integrity and smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

  4. Customization and Metrics Development:

    • Develop and implement customized metrics in PREEvision to analyze and optimize EE architecture performance.

  5. Tool Utilization and Integration:

    • Work with tools like AUTOSAR DaVinci Configurator/Developer, CANoe, and Configuration Management tools (DOORS, JIRA) to support architecture development, testing, and validation.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in EE architecture.

  6. Problem-Solving and Optimization:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to architecture and integration.

    • Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

  2. Experience:

    • 7–14 years of experience in automotive EE architecture development.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Expertise in PREEvision for EE architecture design and management.

    • Proficiency in AUTOSAR DaVinci Configurator/Developer for software standardization.

    • Hands-on experience with CANoe for simulation and testing.

    • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including stored procedures, indexing, and optimization.

    • Familiarity with configuration management tools like DOORS and JIRA.

  4. Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in developing EE architectures for next-generation vehicles, including electric vehicles and ADAS systems.

  • Familiarity with automotive standards and protocols such as ISO 26262 (functional safety) and AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive.

  • Knowledge of variant management and handling multi-model EE architectures.
