Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for multiple events and products across India, APAC, and MENA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement and registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing campaigns, including budgeting and strategy for large-scale events.
Work closely with consumer insights teams to leverage feedback for pre- and post-event engagement.
Manage digital marketing campaigns to increase registrations for various events and related products.
Track, monitor, and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategy.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends across digital and offline channels, industry insights, and best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, vendors, and agencies.
Collaborate with event management and sales teams to align event marketing plans, including media deliverables for partners.
Generate detailed post-event reports analyzing data and consumer engagement.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
7+ years of experience in event marketing and execution, preferably within an agency or an in-house events team.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading event marketing initiatives.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strategic problem-solver.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Willingness to travel as required.
